Fall Sports – get your sports physicals!

It’s time for fall sports, which means it’s time for Sports Physicals and Well Child Checks that prepare your child for the athletics season. If you have a physical or Well Child Check due, the School Based Health Center can help! Please call their main number at (970) 668-4040 and ask to be scheduled in Lake County. As always, the SBHC accepts a number of insurance options and has a sliding scale payment option.
