In order to make sure that all of our students and families have an equitable experience with education in Lake County School District, we have invited the Western Educational Equity Assistance Center to come to our district to gather data. The Equity staff members will invite students to participate in an online survey focused on equity issues. These anonymous surveys will help us improve our students’ daily experience at school. If you do not want your student to participate, please fill out the form below and return it to LCHS front office. If you would like your student to have the option of participating, no action is necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Andi Weigel, Collaborative Director for LCSD, at 719-486-6803 or aweigel@lakecountyschools.net
