Feedback on Parent Surveys helps us improve our preschool
We are very proud of the work we do here at The Center, but we’d like to make it even better. We are constantly making improvements to make sure our program meets the needs of children, families, and staff.
Research shows that schools that are good partners with families have better outcomes for the children they serve. Each year we survey families in our program to learn how well they are satisfied with program services.
You can help us form a better partnership between school and home by answering the questions on your pink survey and returning it to us at school. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts and feelings about your preschool experience.
There are no right or wrong answers to these questions. Your honest answers and comments will help us make an accurate evaluation of our program. These survey results will help guide us to make improvements to our existing program and make plans for new program initiatives if needed.
Your child’s name on this survey only helps us to make sure as many families respond as possible. If you would prefer to respond anonymously, you may turn in the survey without your child’s name.
Please return the completed survey to your child’s teacher during your home visit, in your child’s backpack sent to school, or in the survey box in the hallway by Monday, May 23.
If you have any questions at all, please feel free to call me at 719-486-6928, send an email to mcannell@lakecountyschools.net, or stop by Room 9 anytime.
Thank you for helping us make The Center the best it can be.
