Panther Day on Friday, Jan. 17th

Our next Panther Day is quickly approaching! On Friday, January 17th teachers will be participating in professional development meaning there is no school for students. However, we will still be providing a full day of programming at both LCIS and West Park. Panther Days this year are being used as a pilot for programming that will be held every Friday during the 2020-2021 school year when we move to a 4-day school week. The morning portion at both schools will be focused on Crew and academic enrichment/intervention. During the afternoon on January 17th, LCIS students will be Nordic skiing with GOL! and the Leadville Cross Country Ski Council. West Park students will be doing cooking classes with Lake County Public Health.
