Cloud City High School Family Newsletter<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are currently in our state testing window. All 11th grade students were expected to attend school on April 9th<\/strong> to complete the two Science CMAS exams. We are excited that we had 100% of these students complete their exam on this day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have a very busy upcoming week with a few important schedule adjustments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Wednesday, April 15 \u2013 Workforce Boot Camp Day<\/strong>
<\/strong> All students are required to attend the full day and arrive no later than 8:25 AM<\/strong>.
Students will travel to Colorado Mountain College \u2013 Breckenridge<\/strong> to explore a variety of career pathways, including culinary arts, nursing, outdoor recreation leadership, and early childhood education. Even if these pathways are not a current interest, this is a valuable opportunity for exposure and future planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Thursday, April 16 \u2013 Testing Day (PSAT10\/SAT)<\/strong>
<\/strong> All 10th and 11th grade students<\/strong> must arrive by 8:25 AM<\/strong> to take the PSAT10 or SAT.
After testing, students will receive a grab-and-go lunch and will be dismissed for the remainder of the day. 12th grade students<\/strong> are not required to attend on this day unless they have made prior arrangements with support staff. Seniors, we hope you plan something memorable with your time!
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

** Attendance Reminder<\/strong>
<\/strong> We cannot emphasize enough the importance of attendance. It is critical that students arrive on time<\/strong> and attend all scheduled classes, especially during this important testing period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Scholarship Night<\/strong> will be held on Tuesday, April 21st from 7:00\u20138:30 PM at LCHS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Second Graduation Check<\/strong> will take place on Thursday, April 23rd<\/strong>. Crew teachers will be reaching out (if they haven\u2019t already) with updates on your student\u2019s progress toward graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
