News From LCHS 10/29
Dear LCHS Parents & Guardians,
It was great seeing you Wednesday and Thursday. Thank-you for taking the time to meet with us about your child’s education. It’s so important that we work together to ensure our children get the most out of each school day. Never hesitate to reach out to us with questions or concerns. As a reminder, your child’s crew leader is your first point of contact with the school. Reach out to them, and we will work to get your needs met.
The energy right after conferences is usually really positive. Students have set goals for themselves and identified steps to reach them. Often, it’s following through on those goals and action steps the rest of the semester that can be challenging. You play a big role in supporting your child in making progress. Ask them if they’re on the way to meeting their goals. Ask them if they’ve taken the steps we talked about during conferences, and log into School Runner to see if there’s been noticeable improvement!
Thank-you again for your support. It makes a big difference. Enjoy your weekend!
Best,
Erin Dillon
