They finished the season 6-6-2. Congratulations to those athletes and coaches!<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is a busy week for HS track & field, as they wrap up their regular season and try to post marks for state qualifying. Confirmation on state qualifying will come on Monday, but currently there are 18 athletes in qualifying position!<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have a new HS boys’ soccer coach- Cisco Tharp! I’m excited to welcome him onto our LCHS coaching staff! Cisco will be holding an informational meeting for all 8-11th graders interested in playing soccer next fall on Tuesday (May 12) at lunch in the library. There will be a meeting during both high school and junior high lunches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Spring football has started! All 8-11th graders are invited to participate. The team is meeting in the weight room Monday-Thursday from 4-6 pm until June 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n HS boys’ basketball is holding open gyms: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30-8 pm in the HS gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Open gyms for HS volleyball start next week and will be held on Fridays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n All current 8th<\/sup> graders are now eligible to attend open gyms\/fields with the high school teams.
