End date for preschool EYC at the ice rink is extended
If you haven’t gone ice skating yet, there is still a little more time.
Since the ice is holding up at the ice rink, Lake County Recreation Department has agreed to extend the dates for The Center’s EYC project there.
Preschool families can continue to use their EYC passport to go ice skating past the February 16 date printed on the passport any time until the ice rink closes for the season.
Currently, the last day is scheduled for February 27, which is also “Paint the Ice” day. The ice rink will be open that day from 12 noon until 9:00pm,
The most up-to-date information about the status of the ice rink can be found on the Lake County Recreation Department’s website at https://www.lakecountyco.com/recreation/pages/huck-finn-ice-rink
Don’t forget to fill out the little survey on the back of your passport and bring the stamped passport back to school for a free book.
