CCHS News and Announcements
CMC classes have begun this week. If you are scheduled for any CMC classes remember to attend this week!

On Tuesday, August 23rd, all CCHS students will take the NWEA tests. All students are expected to attend for these important tests and must be in school by 8:30 am. Students will be dismissed when they have completed the testing. For some that may be before lunch time, and for others that may be after lunch.
CCHS will spend all day on Wednesday, August 24th at Twin Lakes. Come dressed appropriately for the weather, wear comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle!
LCSD is hosting a Family Event where we will be discussing safety planning and preparedness for LCSD. (See the attached fliers in Spanish and English.) We are partnering with the Leadville Police Department to review school district and law enforcement responses in the case of safety concerns in our schools. Examples of what we will discuss are natural disasters, school intruders, and active shooters. Join us on Tuesday, August 23rd at 6:00pm at LCES for this event. Interpretation and childcare will be provided.
Be sure to check out the CCHS August breakfast menu and August lunch menu attached!
Save the Date: CCHS will host an Open House for students and families on Wednesday, September 14th, 5:30-7:30. Watch for all the details coming soon!
