LCHS 9-12 Finals Information
Dear LCHS Community,
Please see information below regarding 9-12 Finals.
On Wednesday, May 29th and Thursday, May 30th our 9-12 students will be taking their course finals. This means that students have the next two weeks to wrap up their classes. The finals schedule is copied below. Please note that these will be early release days for 9-12 students.
If a student/family is requesting an approved alternative final the request must be submitted by Wednesday, May 22nd . The semester 2 approved alternative final date will be Friday, June 7th starting at 8:30AM. For students who may need to take their finals at a different time, families must meet with the administration team to present their request and discuss next steps. The final decision will be made by the administration team and communicated to the family. These decisions will be approved on a very limited basis. In the case of medical emergencies, a doctor’s note and/or meeting may be required. Not following these procedures could result in a zero for the final exam portion of the students final grade.
