Does your child or another student you know need support? If you think your child or one of their friends could use support from an adult at school, do not go without saying something. We don’t want anyone to suffer in silence. Please complete this confidential and anonymous referral form and an adult at school will work to ensure the student gets the support they need.
7th and 8th grade families, your students will be covering some of the health standards during their study hall time in the afternoons the next few weeks. They will be given an opt out from that you can fill out and return if you don’t want them to participate. The students will simply be taught the MS health standards. Reach out to Mr. Cairns or Ms. Dillon if you have questions or ask your student for the form.
Class of 2021 Seniors and parents: Due to being quarantined, you will have until Thursday Oct. 15th to get ALL of your items turned into Mrs. Ayers for your yearbook page. You can email pics and info to her at rayers@lakecountyschools.net or bring hard copies (you will get them back) and turn them into the office. Due to yearbook deadlines we cannot extend past this date. See the attached flyers for the date and what’s needed, in both English and Spanish.
Safe Talk Free Suicide Prevention Training, October 21, 8:30 – 12:30. See this link for details.
As always if you have any concerns or questions please call the LCHS office, 719-486-6950, or Ben Cairns, Principal, 719-486-6970.
