Athletics:
Fall season high school sports are underway, and middle school fall sports will kick off next week!! If you signed up for a fall sport at orientation, you should be hearing from the coach soon. If you didn’t have a chance to sign up, reach out to me at apeters@lakecountyschools.net or 719-293-0105, and I will connect you with the appropriate coach. Remember that to participate, athletes must have a current physical and have completed the Athletics part of online registration.
Although middle school girls basketball is not a fall sport, they are already having open gyms. The next one will be Friday, August 19, from 6-8 pm at the LCIS gym. Any 6-8th grade girls interested in playing basketball are encouraged to attend.
Until next week, GO PANTHERS!!
