News From LCHS 12/06/24
Dear LCHS Families,
We hope that everyone had a good week off for break and are ready to hit the ground running as we finish up our first semester. This is an important time for students to get work finalized as we approach finals and semester one grades. Finals will be held on Wednesday (12/18) and Thursday (12/19). Semester one grades will be finalized the first week back from winter break.
We would like to give a huge shout out to Mrs. Cairns and our music department for an incredible concert Wednesday. Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our students and staff.
Attendance Data from Mr. Baker!
This semester, we’re thrilled to share that attendance at LCHS has increased by 3.46%! It’s fantastic to see more students showing up, engaging in their classes, and becoming an active part of our vibrant school community. Together, we’re making great strides in fostering a culture of learning and involvement.
Wishing everyone a great weekend,
Scott Carroll

If your athlete still has a uniform or equipment from a fall sport, please return it to the office. Fines will be assessed to students who don’t return their uniforms!
Now that the fall sports seasons have ended, I am inviting parent and student input on how our programs are doing and ways that we can improve. The survey has been sent to all high school fall sport athletes and parents. Here is the link again. Thank you to those of you who have already completed the survey. I appreciate your feedback!
Mark your calendar for LCHS’ production of Romeo y Julieta! There will be evening performances on December 12-14.
