Dear Families,
We’ve made it to the end of semester one! A big congratulations to the students who successfully completed their Portfolio Defense and are now eligible to graduate. Your hard work and dedication are truly commendable.
As we head into the holiday season, I want to wish everyone a joyful and restful break. Please take this time to recharge and enjoy special moments with your friends and family.
Important Reminders:
- School Resumes: Monday, January 6, 2025, at 8:25 AM for all students.
- DisOrientation Week:
- From January 6–9, all students are expected to attend school each day for the full day.
- We have an exciting lineup of on-campus and off-campus activities planned.
- Finalized schedules will be distributed during this week, with regular classes beginning on Monday, January 13, 2025.

- When: Wednesday, January 8, 2025, from 6:00–7:30 PM
- Where: Cloud City High School

One Community Project

Leadville and Lake County have launched the One Community Project, a year-long initiative to create a shared vision and comprehensive plan for the future of our community. Guided by input from the people who live and work here, this plan will shape the policies, programs, and projects of both the City and County for the next 10 years to ensure a future that reflects the values of our diverse community. Whether you’ve lived here for generations or just moved in, your voice matters in shaping Leadville and Lake County’s future.
