Requirements for Use of Data

The Healthy Kids Colorado Survey is administered in Lake County School District in partnership with state and local health agencies to help us better understand youth health and the factors that support our students making healthy choices. As a courtesy, and in furtherance of community efforts to support our students and community, the district is providing public access to its survey results. Use of this data in research, publications, or communications should include appropriate citation to this website (https://www.lakecountyschools.net/healthy-kids-colorado-survey-and-smart-source-information/).
