Cloud City High School Family Newsletter
This week we have seen many students highly engaged in wrapping up their current classes and completing artifacts and write-ups for their portfolios to demonstrate proficiency. We have also seen some students who are struggling due to limited engagement throughout the semester. For those students, attendance has played a major role. Please take a moment to review your child’s attendance and progress with them. Reach out to your students Crew Teacher if you have any questions.
Next week is a very full and exciting week:
Monday:
– Community Meeting, during Crew
– Announcement of November’s Student of the Month
– Recognition of students who earned awards for highest growth on their NWEA assessments
Wednesday – Workforce Boot Camp Trip
All students are expected to be at school by 8:25 a.m. for an 8:40 a.m. departure to Denver for our visit to the Museum of Nature and Science. Attendance is required.
Thursday – Portfolio Defenses
Students who are ready to graduate will present their Portfolio Defense.
Upcoming Break
Winter Break will be December 22, 2025–January 1, 2026.
