Open preschool spots at The Center / Lugares preescolares abiertos en The Center
After offering spots to all the children and families who were on our wait list, The Center still has some open preschool spots available for new applicants. This includes a few openings in our free Head Start preschool program.
We hope to fill these openings as soon as possible. Any family in Lake County with a child who will be three or four years old by October 1, 2021, is encouraged to apply. Applications will be evaluated to find out which program is the best fit for your child.
We also anticpate having even more preschool spots available when constuction on two additional classrooms in the building is complete sometime in October. The opening of these additional rooms will depend on when there are enough children to fill them.
Applications can be picked up in person at The Center in the brand new Lake County Elementary School building at 130 West 12th Street or printed from this website here.
