Senior Application Days
Seniors! Please plan to join Ms. Hofer on February 7 to work on applications for financial aid. This is free money in most cases that you can put towards any school or training facility you would like when you graduate. Talk to Heather if you have questions or need a ride up to the school on February 7.

SAT Testing for all 11th Grade Students:
All Colorado 11 grade students, including CCHS students, will take the National SAT test in school on Wednesday, April 13th. When taking the Colorado School Day SAT this spring, 11th grade students will have the option of taking the SAT with or without the optional essay. Students are pre-registered for the SAT (no essay), and must add the essay to their registration in order to participate in this additional, optional test. Adding the essay to their SAT registration is students’ choice. See attached flyers in Spanish and English for details.
Colorado youth now have access to 3 free behavioral health sessions! Any parent or youth can go to
https://imattercolorado.org/ to assess their own/their child’s needs. If the results show they need help, the site will connect them to a provider for a 45-minute appointment in the next two weeks.
If you are interested in the opportunity to test yourself and your family for COVID at home, you may choose to order FREE Binax tests form the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. Follow this link to access this opportunity: https://covid19.colorado.gov/covid-19-testing-at-home
Drive through COVID-19 testing is open again Monday through Friday. It is very limited, and it is by appointment only. Parents can call 719-486-0230 and get through to the medical clinic to make an appointment. They will only test sick patients within the clinic.
