Dear Cloud City High School Families,

It was wonderful to see so many students and families at Orientation Conferences! We are excited to kick off a fantastic school year together.

DisOrientation Week: Full Attendance Required for All Students

Our first week of school is “DisOrientation Week,” a time for team building, community connection, and career exploration. All students are expected to attend every day, all day, to fully benefit from the activities planned.

Here is a quick overview of the week:

Monday, August 11: All students on campus all day
Tuesday, August 12: All students at Twin Lakes – Bring a sack lunch (or one will be provided)
Wednesday, August 13: All students at Copper Mountain – Lunch provided
Thursday, August 14: All students with our GOL partners and Archery – BBQ lunch provided
Thursday, August 14: Picture Day – Students need photo to receive their school ID
Monday, August 18: Regularly scheduled classes begin

Student Schedules

Final schedules will be available on Thursday, August 14, and are tailored to meet each student’s academic and personal goals. Crew Teachers will send a copy home with students and will share schedules via PowerHub with parents/guardians.

Attendance Matters

Regular attendance is essential for student success. If your student must be absent for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible by calling:

A reminder that our Personal Communication Devices Policy (JICJ) can be found on the school website. All students must turn in their devices upon entering the building. Devices will be securely stored in a locked case in the office and may be picked up:
