Dear Cloud City Families,
It’s been a short and fast week with no school on Monday! As we approach the end of the school year, there are still several important events and updates to keep in mind.
Next Week Schedule:
- Monday, June 2 & Tuesday, June 3: Students should attend their regularly scheduled classes.
- Wednesday, June 4 & Thursday, June 5: All students are expected to be in school from 8:25 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Graduating students will be participating in their Portfolio Defenses during these two days.
- Crews will support and take part in these defense sessions.
Graduation Reminder:
All graduation requirements must be completed and submitted by Thursday, June 5 at 4:00 PM for students to participate in any graduation events.

Monday, June 9th – Graduate Checkout
| 10:00-3:00: Check-out 1st: Front Office (Pay Fees) turn in all other required items (Chromebooks and Chargers) 2nd: Receive Cap & Gown, Yearbook-$25 |
Tuesday, June 10th – Senior Checkout (if not done on previous days)

| Senior Walk (Juliana will attend this and take photos?) 8:00 am – Meet at LCHS cafeteria, 8:20 – walk to LCIS (Cremin to chaperone) 8:45 am – arrive at LCIS 9:00 am – leave for LCES, walking on the mineral belt 9:20 am – arrive at LCES 9:45 am – walk to Harrison Ave, then to Bright Start and DO on W 5th street 10:00 am – arrive back at CCHS Cafeteria 10:00 am – Breakfast for CCHS graduates You must attend graduation practice (1:00 pm on June 12th at LCHS) if you are going to participate in graduation on June 14th Motorcade 5:30 pm Meet in the LCHS East parking lot (off 4th Street) 6:00 pm Motorcade Motorcade Route here |

J-Term: June 9–19
All underclassmen are required to attend J-Term, where they will be engaged in various career exploration opportunities.
Parents/guardians: If you are unsure what your student signed up for, please contact your student’s Crew teacher or reach out to the school office.
