Update for preschool parents about hybrid programming at The Center
Dear Center Families,
The preschool team has been working on a way to increase preschool opportunities for kids while continuing our health practices. We are excited to invite more children to our morning preschool programming. Children will participate in core learning activities such as class meeting, small group, and area time. The morning preschool program will run from 9am to 12noon.
Beginning October 19th, remote learners will transition to in-person instruction. We will also offer some tuition slots to families for the morning preschool option during this time. Calls to families will be made this week with family orientations scheduled for next week.
One virtual classroom will be taught by two of the management team for families who have chosen virtual learning for the entire school year. The virtual programming will include more hands-on activities with virtual instruction. Children will be provided materials for these activities. Twice a month on Fridays, remote students will have opportunities to socialize with their peers with such activities as going on a hike or games in the gym or playground.
We can’t wait to see everyone back in the classrooms.
Thank you!
