Cloud City High School Family Newsletter
It was wonderful to see so many parents and guardians at last week’s parent-teacher conferences. We truly value these opportunities to connect and partner in supporting your student’s progress. If you were unable to attend, please reach out to your student’s Crew Teacher to reschedule—we want to ensure everyone has the opportunity to stay informed and engaged.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the parents and guardians who participated in interviews with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) earlier this week. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we look forward to receiving insights in the coming weeks that will help us continue to strengthen our practices and build on the great work already happening at CCHS.
Looking ahead, CMAS testing for our 11th-grade students will take place on Thursday, April 9th. Please ensure your 11th grader arrives at school by 8:25 a.m. on testing day. After completing the two required exams, students will return to their regularly scheduled classes. All other grade levels will follow their normal class schedules for the day.
We also want to share that the CCHS application for new student enrollment is now open. If you know of a high school-aged student who may benefit from an alternative setting and is motivated to earn their diploma, we encourage you to share this opportunity with their family. Feel free to share this link: https://www.lakecountyschools.net/cchs/cchs-admissions-information/
