Children who will be three or four years old by October 1, 2025 are age-eligible for preschool. Some options are available for children who will be at least 30 months old by August 1, 2025.
Most of the free and low-cost programs and services to children with special needs have eligibility criteria. Tuition based preschool and childcare spots are also available.

The Center expects to fill all available preschool spots by the end of the current program year, in order to be able advise families of their status and plan for next year. The program anticipates operating with a wait list, so families are encouraged to complete and submit their paperwork as soon as possible for the best chance at obtaining a spot.
