Lake County School District welcomes you to 2025-2026 School Year!
We are looking forward to another great year together. Here is a quick list of what to do between now and August to get ready for school:
RETURNING STUDENTS/Estudiantes que regresan: ONLINE REGISTRATION
Complete online registration for returning students before Aug. 4th.
We continue to use an online student registration system. Returning students will receive a letter in the mail that includes your personal online registration information. If we have an email address for you, this information will also be emailed to you.
To register online, you will need a “snapcode;” your child’s snapcode is in the letter that was mailed and emailed to you on July 7. Links for returning student registration in Infosnap (online registration system) are found below. Be sure to have your snapcode handy when you go online to register!

Wednesday, July 30, 2025 4-7pm LCES, LCIS OR LCHS
Computers, people to help and Spanish interpreters will be provided
Students who will be attending Cloud City High School are invited to attend a help session at LCES, LCIS or LCHS.
All families will be sent information mid July on how to sign up for the Orientation Conference on that will be on Aug. 6th.
At orientation conferences you will:
- Meet with your students CREW teacher
- Pay any student fees
- Get busing information
- Take student photo

Need help? Don’t have a computer? No problem! Join us at one of these help sessions:
Wednesday, July 30, 2025 4-7pm LCES, LCIS OR LCHS
Computers, people to help and Spanish interpreters will be provided.
Students who will be attending Cloud City High School are invited to attend a help session at LCES, LCIS or LCHS.
All new students need to visit the front office of the school your student will be attending. Please bring a copy of your student’s birth certificate and shot records, or Statement of Vaccine Exemption. We will also have you fill out a records release form for your student’s previous school.
Kinder-6th Grade Students:
Once you have registered, please check with the front office for a teacher assignment to set up an orientation conference. Front office staff will be back in the office on July 28th.
An orientation conference will need to be set up for each student on Aug. 6th. The front office will be able to help you set up an Orientation Conference when registration is completed.
At orientation conferences you will:
- Meet with your students CREW teacher

7th-12th Students at LCHS:
After you have completed the online registration, you will need to meet with someone from the counseling department. They return to school Aug. 4th.
The counseling department will be able to help with setting up a schedule and scheduling an Orientation Conference.

9th-12th Students at CCHS:
After you have completed the online registration, please contact the front office at CCHS at 719-486-6980 (will return to office on July 28th) to discuss details from your last school and be sure you are scheduled for an orientation conference. This will help the CCHS staff get a better picture of what you will need this school year. They can answer any questions you have about joining the Cloud City Family!
ALL STUDENTS
Complete the free & reduced lunch application before Aug. 6th.
The free and reduced lunch application for next year will be mailed in July, or you can pick up a hard copy at the District office in July or from any school in August.

Please complete the form and bring it to any school or the district office before Aug. 6th. This will enable us to be able to process these before school starts.
Unable to make our help nights? We can still help.
If you are unable to attend our help nights, please stop by the front office and someone will be able to help you register!
