Upward Bound is a free, federally funded college prep program. Our goal is to work with students and provide support for their current education and beyond. TRIO Upward Bound provides you with the motivation and skills needed to successfully transition from high school to college and go on to complete your college education. The free year-round support program is open to high school students in Lake County.
