LCSD Improves Accreditation Status
Today we have a special GO PANTHERS! announcement: Last week Lake County received its CDE District Performance Framework, which is a unified way the state provides to look at our academic and other results. Thanks to the hard work of teachers, staff and students, Lake County has made measurable improvements. Due to our 2014 assessment results, our district has increased from being “Accredited with a Priority Improvement Plan” to being “Accredited with an Improvement Plan.” This means that the Lake County School District is no longer on CDE’s improvement and turnaround “clock.” We are very proud of all who helped us achieve this goal–including our learners!
A huge thank you to our staff and students for the work they have done to make growth for our students and our schools possible! We can’t wait to see what you achieve this year!
