LCHS Youth Researchers Play Key Role in $3 Million Grant for Lake County
Yesterday Great Outdoors Colorado announced the award of a $3 Million, three-year grant for Lake County to connect local youth to outdoor experiences. We are particularly proud of the youth researchers, all of them LCHS students, who participated in this initiative and gathered key research that informed our proposal. The youth researchers are Angel Bujanda, Samuel Frykholm, Joe Koch, Yesenia Martinez, Samantha Montes and Brayhan Reveles. At the grant award ceremony yesterday, LCHS junior and youth researcher Brayhan Reveles was selected as one of two speakers to a crowd of state and local leaders. Thank you so much, youth researchers!
