School Safety Update 2-13-2017: Dismissal & After School will proceed normally today

Dear LCSD Parents: As you are aware from our other communications, our schools were on lockout today due to events at CMC. This means that we secured the perimeters of our schools and students remained inside. Other than this, it was “business as usual” and learning proceeded in our classrooms. We have been in frequent communication with law enforcement throughout the day. The lockout status will remain in effect until the end of the school day, but dismissal and after-school programs will proceed normally. Thank you for helping us keep our schools safe!
