2021 – 2022 SEASON ANNOUNCEMENT! WE ARE BACK!

The Lake County High School Performing Arts Department is pleased to announce that our 2021 – 2022 musical will be the timeless classic THE WIZARD OF OZ.

Follow the yellow brick road in this delightful stage adaptation of L. Frank Baum’s beloved tale, featuring the iconic musical score from the MGM film. The timeless tale, in which young Dorothy Gale travels from Kansas over the rainbow to the magical Land of Oz, continues to thrill audiences worldwide.

This production will feature students from grades 3-12 and adults from our schools and community. Auditions will be held both Tuesday, August 23rd and Wednesday, August 24th from 4-7PM. As with any production, the ability to cast the production will determine if the production can come to fruition. Come out and audition! Audition materials will be available soon.

This production will be directed by Scott Carroll and music directed by Celesta Cairns. Full production team and sponsors will be announced at a later date.

Performances will take place May 12 – 15, 2022 in the Lake County High School Performing Arts Center.
