Last Week: There’s just 1 week left of this fun and enriching 2nd-day programming! We hope your student(s) can attend.

Schedule for Week 4

  • B track students will be at 100 Elk on Monday, September 21st and Wednesday, September 23rd.
  • A track students will be at 100 Elk on Tuesday, September 22nd and Thursday, September 24th.

Notes about COVID:

The 2nd Day Supports Program with 100 Elk Outdoor Center is a Lake County School District program. As such, if your student is unable to attend in-person learning due to quarantine or exhibiting any COVID symptoms, they are also not allowed to attend the 2nd Day Supports Program with 100 Elk. Likewise, students who have been quarantined from school who are now able to return to their classroom are also able to resume 2nd Day programming with 100 Elk!

Also, just like in-person learning days, students should come to 100 Elk with a completed COVID screener signed by their parent/guardian. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe and healthy!

Reminder about what to bring:

The plan is for students to be outside most of the day, even if it’s cold, snowy, or rainy. PLEASE make sure they come prepared to be outside, regardless of weather. Rain is in the forecast for this week, so pay special attention to sending your student(s) with a rain jacket!

Water Bottles

Students need to bring a water bottle with them.

Academics @ 100 Elk

Make sure your student brings their school work and supplies (pencils, highlighters, etc.) to 100 Elk. They have time to do school work. No Chromebooks or I-pads should come to 100 Elk.
