Wow—it is already March, and the time seems to be passing quickly!

Next week there will be no school Monday, March 9 through Thursday, March 12 for Spring Break. Classes will resume as normal on Monday, March 16.

The week we return from break will be a busy one for us. On Wednesday, March 18, we will hold our Workforce Boot Camp Day. All students are required to attend and should arrive at school by 8:25 a.m. This event will take place on campus. Students will participate in mock interviews during the day and will also learn about career pathways in correctional facilities later in the afternoon.

Parent-Teacher Conferences are also just around the corner and will be held on Wednesday, March 25 and Thursday, March 26. We are also excited about the upcoming field trip experience for students participating in the Monte Vista Crane Festival. We will leave CCHS at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 6 and return late Saturday, March 7. If your child is participating in this event, please review the information in this link. We hope everyone has a peaceful and restful Spring Break, and we look forward to seeing all students back at their regularly scheduled time on Monday, March 16.

Sports Physicals Made Easy This Spring!

Spring sports are here! Did you know students can complete their sports physical right at the School-Based Health Center during the school day? No extra appointments, no missed practice, and no additional trips across town.

Our team makes it easy for families to stay on track with required physicals and routine care. Enrollment is open year-round.
