Hours: range from day to evening shifts
PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; operate equipment with hands and wrists, climb or balance on ladder/stepstool; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job (custodian), the employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock due to working with electrical equipment. Cook positions required working with various machines and cooking utensils. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
MENTAL FUNCTIONS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate.
