LCIS Playground Project Receives $100,000 Climax Grant

On Tuesday, the Middle School Play Yard project received a $100,000 grant from the Freeport McMoRan Copper & Gold Foundation Community Investment Fund. Freeport is the parent company for the local Climax Mine. This grant insures that playground construction can happen this summer.
