Miles the Broncos’ mascot teaches LCIS and West Park students how to eat smarter and play harder
Thursday, November 6th was an exciting day for West Park and LCIS students. Miles, the Denver Broncos’ led a high energy assembly that had students dancing, screaming and pledging to eat healthier and be active on a daily basis. This assembly, sponsored by Fuel up to Play 60, encourages students to eat from the 5 food groups, be active for 60 minutes per day for optimum health, and become student leaders for healthy living in their schools. Students and teachers alike said this is one of the most exciting assemblies we’ve ever had! Check out the video below!
