Sports Physicals for Winter Sports ~ Now Available at the SBHC

Is your student planning to play winter sports? Schedule their sports physical now at the School Based Health Center, located at Lake County High School. To schedule a sports physical, just drop in to the health center across from the main office or call 719-486-6981.

If your student has insurance, and has not had a well-child exam in the past year, their sports physical will be covered by insurance. Sports Physicals for uninsured students are $25. A discount may be available based on your family’s income by applying for the “care card”. All students are eligible for services regardless of ability to pay.
