It’s the Season for Sports Physicals!

It’s time for sports physicals! Appointments at the Lake County School Based Health Center are filling up fast. Call 486-6981 to schedule a sports physical. Did you know that if your student is due for their annual well child check, insurance will cover a sports physical as part of the well child check? A well child check is more comprehensive than a sports physical alone, and is the recommended annual check up for your student. If you don’t have insurance, the SBHC charges $20 for a well child check (including a sports physical) or $25 for a sports physical alone.

St. Vincent Leadville Medical Clinic is also scheduling sports physicals for $25. Please call 486-1264 to schedule.
