The purpose of our human resources department is to manage the numerous needs of school district employees. From financial to legal matters, human resources departments help in maximizing the efficiency in the service of our students.
Policies that relate to employee conduct can be found in Section G of our Administrative Policies. All Employees should review these policies annually.
I have worked for Lake County School District for 28 years – in all K-12 grades as a teacher, coach, AP, Principal and in HR. I am deeply devoted to our students, and to YOU, our employees.
