Compliance with the Affordable Care Act

The superintendent or designee shall take steps to ensure compliance with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA). Compliance activities shall include adoption or revision of administrative policies and procedures and implementation of same, including record keeping procedures, preparation of necessary documents, employee training, and all other activities necessary to ensure ACA compliance.
