Hello LCIS Families,
We had such a wonderful time with you at the Convivio and Celebration of Learning. We enjoyed the students singing performances and listening to them share about their projects in their classrooms. Many thanks to our teachers for supporting our students with their presentations.

Communications:
Medication at School: The end of the school year is fast approaching. We want to ensure that your student’s leftover medication is safely returned to your home. Any medication must go home with a parent or guardian. Please plan to pick up the medication at school no later than June 19th. Any medications left after the last day of school will be disposed of properly. Medication is not kept over the summer for the following school year.
Elevated Community Health is launching a School Based Health Center (SBHC) Sticker Design Contest, inviting students to creatively represent themes of wellness, kindness, support, and what the SBHC means to them. This contest is designed to elevate student voice, creativity, and connection to school-based health services in a fun and meaningful way.
The contest will run through the end of June, so we are especially hoping to share it with students before they leave for summer break. Participation is open to all students in the Lake County School District (yes, even the littles in Kindergarten and Elementary school). Selected designs may be turned into official SBHC stickers for use in the following school year, giving students the opportunity to see their artwork featured across their school community.
