Superintendent Search for LCSD begins
The Board of Education has hired McPherson & Jacobson, LLC to conduct the Superintendent search. On Monday, March 4th, the board set a schedule for this work. See below for a schedule of events.
Monday, March 18th 5:00-6:30 pm @ LCHS in cafeteria Stakeholder Input/Listening Session
Anyone who would like to speak directly with the representative from McPherson & Jacobson, LLC., is invited to give input on what you would like in the new superintendent.
Wednesday, March 20th through Tuesday, March 26th (5:00 pm) Online survey regarding what you are looking for in a new superintendent.
There will be fliers at the schools during conferences on the 20th and 21st and we will share out the flier on the 20th to provide everyone an opportunity to give their input.
Planning ahead the schedule is:
April 11th-Applications are due to McPherson & Jacobson, LLC
April 22nd-The Board of Education will review and plan to select finalist at a Special Meeting.
May 10th-Interviews, meet and greet, etc. with candidates. More information will be sent out on how to participate.
May 11th-Board of Education Special Meeting to select a new superintendent.
